Responsibilities:

This position will be based in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City. Manage and provide sales and product support to our local agent to ensure annual sales target is achieved or exceeded. Travels regularly with Agent Sales Engineers/Managers to access and qualify account, application and requirement of customers, assist in order pursuit, and reviewing sales and key account status. Assists in developing the Vietnam sales strategies, supporting tactics and processes and works to ensure complete and timely execution.

Coordinate all marcom programs for Vietnam with the agent. Ensure existing customers are properly serviced to achieve good customer satisfaction. Responsible for ensuring that all current policies within the sales organization are understood and followed by local agent.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:

Sales management experience is preferred.

Must have verbal, technical, and interpersonal skills typically acquired through completion of a technical Bachelor's Degree.

Must have in-depth knowledge of, and successful sales experience in capital equipment sales. Experience should include direct sales to government, universities, and industry.

At least 5 years of related business experience, including related supervisory experience.
